Clientele Report (Human Performance Consultant)

I started This Human Performance Improvement (HPI) project at Liberty University. I used HPI methodologies to research and assist a North Georgia county, leading to a 24-hour emergency room facility for that County.

This particular County has wanted a hospital facility for over 25 years and needed help to develop a way to obtain a certificate of need. I assisted them by using HPI methodologies (quality of life, culture, policy, strategy, tactical and logistic vantage points). This project helped over 92,619 residents, serving two counties.

I submitted the research to the County commissioner and Mayor, assisting them in obtaining a certificate of need (a legal document needed for hospital approval) for a 24-hour emergency room facility.

They built a 24-hour emergency room facility, which helps over 92,619 residents, (serving two Counties), and has generated construction jobs, and 85 ER sustainable jobs, reducing brain drain and increasing community wealth.

The pictures and content were obtained with permission from copyright holders; the architectural designs were not used or intended for usage; a large nonprofit hospital network took over the project and designed the hospital to align with their company's architectural model.
